held on the 23rd June 2005 in Colombo at the Hilton to
finalize all preparations..

Archery, Wushu, Judo and Cycling was added as new
disciplines for Colombo 2006 Games, hence total number of
disciplines are 18

Doha 2006
Asian Games will be held in Doha in 2006 .In connection with
games a Fun Run was organized with OCA in Colombo on the 4th
June 2005 with the
participation of 300 School Children .The Hon. Minister of
Sports graced the occasion with other ministry officials. |
